    I wish to pay registration for myself Claude E. Lett III, Doloris Lett and Joseph Crosier (3 Total). All three of us are members.

    Question: Can an active duty service member legally open carry a weapon similar to a person with a Georgia CWP? By the way, he has a NY concealed weapons permit. Does that make any difference? Thanks
